All items are new, in original packaging with full manufacturer’s warranty. We regularly ship within 1-2 business hours of order receipt. Most orders ship by USPS so please provide a valid mailing address. Larger or heavier orders (e.g. large tents, paddles, and the like.) may ship by FEDEX so we would need a physical address as well. Unclaimed or carrier returned shipments: Orders returned by the carrier as a result of wrong addresses or unclaimed, might be refunded for the product price.
