MyQuickmart strives to ship all orders within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday except for holidays). Orders are shipped with free shipping to the continental United States via either first class mail, priority mail, or Fedex smartpost (depending on the size and weight of package and shipping distance). To ensure your package will arrive within a specific time frame, please purchase one of our expedited shipping options. Tracking information for your order is forwarded to your email address upon shipment.
All returns MUST be authorized by MyQuickmart. You’ll be able to return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact MyQuickmart within 10 days of shipment. Products will have to be new and unused, in the same condition that you received them in and with their original packaging. Products arriving in unacceptable condition may be charged a damage and re-stocking fee. Products will have to be sent back the use of the trackable shipping method and emailed label provided by MyQuickmart. If an item is returned for a reason other than defective, flawed item shipped, damaged or expired, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund at our discretion.
