1. Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, I do! Shipping for anywhere outside the US is $12, no matter how many items you purchase. To get a combined shipping cost, you will need to use the main ebay website at www.ebay.com and place all the items you would like in the shopping cart before going to checkout. Regardless of how many items you purchase, shipping will be $12. Please note: if you purchase items individually, I will be able to try to combine them manually and send you a refund for the difference. However, I regularly get a ton of orders and I don’t realize that more than 1 sale is for the same customer. If multiple labels are printed and multiple packages are shipped, I will be able to not refund you for the additional postage.
2. Do you combine shipping for purchases within the United States?
Yes, IF YOU PLACE THE ITEMS IN THE SHOPPING CART!! Regardless of how many items you purchase, shipping is $3. Buy 1 piece? $3 shipping. 5 pieces? $3 shipping. 25 pieces? $3 shipping. I think you get it, right? If you are buying multiple items, please make sure to place all the items in your shopping cart before going to checkout. This way eBay will combine everything into a single order, you can make a single payment and pay a single shipping fee. Please note: if you purchase items individually, I will be able to try to combine them manually and send you a refund for the difference. 3. Do you have/can you make XXX for me?
I have close to 500 parts available for sale currently, and I am constantly adding new items. If you don’t see it listed, chances are I don’t have it. Or it’s imaginable that I might be adding it in the future. But currently, if it’s not listed, I don’t have it for sale.
4. Do you have any more of this item for sale?
If the quantity on a particular item shows a “0” that means it is currently not available. I am sold out of copies. As soon as more are made and ready to ship, they will be added back to my inventory.
5. Can you make this 4″ head in 6″ scale for me (or vice versa)?
Unfortunately, that’s not the way casting works. Even as it is imaginable to shrink or enlarge items using special materials, the process is longer than normal and takes some practice. Once again, if I don’t have it listed in my store in that size, it is not currently available.
6. Your sale/combined shipping offer didn’t work for me?
As I’ve said, you NEED to use the shopping cart if you are buying multiple items. It is the best and easiest way to make sure that any kind of special sale I am running is included on your purchase. I’ll sometimes run a “Buy 3, Get 1 FREE” sale in my store. To qualify for this sale, you MUST place all 4 items in the shopping cart. If you do not, eBay does not recognize your purchase as qualifying for the discount.
7. Can you paint this for me?
Sorry, but at this time, I will be able to not take any paint commissions. From time to time, I will be able to pre-paint items and place them in my store for sale, so you can check my “painted items” section to see if the items you are looking for are there.
8. Can I return this if I don’t like it?
If you don’t like something that you have purchased, feel free to return it for a full refund (refunds on item price only, not shipping costs). Items returned must not be modified in any way – this includes dremeling, sculpting, painting/priming, etc. Items to be returned should be in the same condition that they were received. Items purchased as painted are NOT returnable.
9. HELP! This head doesn’t fit on the body I want to use!!
Making items fit with different bodies is part of the fun of customizing! There are plenty of tricks that can make a head with a smaller neck cavity fit onto a larger neck peg, or make a head with a larger neck cavity fit on a smaller neck peg. 10. HELP! This helmet doesn’t fit on the head I want to use!!
Similar to #8, making helmets fit can take some getting used to. They will not all fit over every different head, as some heads are larger or smaller than others, and some helmets can be larger or smaller than others. 11. HELP! Where is my package!?! The USPS tracking number shows it in a different state/odd message/etc!!
Unfortunately, once a package is dropped off at the post office, it is at the mercy of the USPS. I’ve had packages show as delivered 2 days before I actually recieve them. I’ve had packages travel from NJ to PA to FL and then back to NJ for delivery. Sadly, there is nothing I will be able to do about it. All I will be able to do is make sure your package is dropped off at the post office within 24 hours of your purchase. What the USPS does with it after that is up to them. PLEASE NOTE: all items are shipped to the address on your account. If your address is old or no good, you need to change it on your account. I will be able to NOT ship to any address other than what eBay tells me to ship to.
