All items are new, in original packaging with full manufacturer’s warranty. We on a regular basis ship within 1-2 business hours of order receipt. Most orders ship by USPS so please provide a valid mailing address. Larger or heavier orders (e.g. large tents, paddles, and so on.) may ship by FEDEX so we would need a physical address as well. Unclaimed or carrier returned shipments: Orders returned by the carrier as a result of flawed addresses or unclaimed, will likely be refunded for the product price. You may also reorder with the proper address. We DO ship to PO Boxes in the USA.
