If you change your mind or make an mistaken choice, we will be able to refund you within 14 days of delivery for unopened products (excludes delivery costs).

Please note that all returns should be pre-approved by GTmall USA and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns is probably not accepted. Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, insurance and returning the item in “new” condition. Used items is probably not accepted for return.
Under no condition will GTmall USA be liable for any damages, and in particular is probably not liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost properties, revenue or use, arising out of or related to the GTmall USA account or the information contained within it, whether such damages arose in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or another way. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to GTmall USA arising from any product sold on GTmall USA eBay account shall be the cost of the product ordered.
