Returns
If you don't seem to be satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt.
Item will have to be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned will have to be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All return packages will have to be shipped the use of a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).
Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with BigRiverDirect.
Please allow a minimum of 6 business days for us to receive, process your return and issue a refund. You’ll be notified via eBay once we’ve processed the returned product(s).
