International Shipments

International shipments can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.Regardless of your prior experience, every shipment is different and may take up to 6 weeks. In addition to taking up to 6 weeks for delivery, international shipments are infrequently lost in transit. When problems happen, we make it right, but we cannot guarantee international shipments to be problem free. Our average international delivery time is 3-4 weeks. Buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. These aren’t included in shipping rates. We do not mark items under value or as gifts. This is prohibited by law. Not all items are suitable for import. We aren’t responsible for “questionable” items that are lost or confiscated by customs. We strongly suggest that you check with your local customs office before you purchase this product.

Shipments to the United States

Standard shipments to the United States take 2-6 business days to arrive. Expedited shipments to the United States take 2-4 business days to arrive.

This item is Brand New. You may return any item in it’s original condition and packaging. If the item you receive does not match the listing or was damaged in transit, please contact us before leaving feedback or opening a case. If we made a shipping error, we will be able to not charge a restocking fee,and we will be able to cover return shipping. Please note, not all dog toys are suitable for all dogs.
